Ariana Grande expresses her concerns regarding her time with the dangerous Post Traumatic Stress Disorder since 22 people succumbed to death and over 100 or more were injured as a result of the terrorist attack that took place in her concert in 2017.
In an interview with the British Vogue last year in June, Grande confirmed for herself that PTSD for sure, holds an existence and is a real thing and not a thing to be ignored.
Ariana Grande shares brain
“It’s hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss … I know those families and my fans, and everyone there experienced a tremendous amount of [PTSD] as well.
I feel like I shouldn’t even be talking about my own experience – like I shouldn’t even say anything. I don’t think I’ll ever know how to talk about it and not cry.”
On Thursday, Ariana Grande uploaded her Instagram story showing her brain areas which were affected by her PTSD and the losses she has been facing.
The caption” Hilarious and Terrifying’ was written and she said” PTSD is not a joke”
She also posted a selfie of her on the Instagram story explaining her PTSD and the photo was uploaded with captions “Life is Wild” “My brain is tired” and “She is tryin’ her mothafuckin’ best” which can be seen written across her face in her picture showing the mental problems being faced by her.
Her fans after getting notified, swiftly flooded their social media accounts with love and supporting posts intended for her and expressed their worries by claiming her workload as an excessive burden and asking her to take some free time.
However, Ariana Grande recently expressed her tranquility in a tweet which said that she feels ”Healthier, More authentic and happy” after her swift release of music in a quick session.
But the people still care for her and advise her to pay more attention to her mental health.
